About Atena Group
We don't just build. We make what we build with.
Atena Group is the parent of four operating companies that between them cover a building from the ground up: York Concrete Forming pours the foundations, Atena Building Group designs and builds, Royal York Windows & Doors manufactures and installs the windows and doors, and Dezino Kitchens & Cabinetry fabricates the cabinetry and millwork. Atena Construction’s backyard-home brands, Kasa Suites and Snap Hub Homes, deliver garden suites, laneway homes and prefab and modular builds.
Our family has been building for more than 45 years: 20 years of multi-unit mid-rise construction in Tehran, Iran, followed by 25 years building in Canada. Atena Group is today a family-run design-build construction and custom manufacturing group. It serves homeowners, builders, developers, designers, commercial clients and public bodies. Each company runs as its own business with its own specialists — and when a project needs more than one trade, they work as a single team.

A family business
Father and son. One name on every project.
Atena Group is owned and run by the Salmany family. Moh Salmany has been building for more than 45 years — 20 in Iran and 25 in Canada; his son Ali Salmany leads operations alongside him. When you work with any Atena company, the family that owns it stands behind the result.
