Our longest-standing market. For homeowners, architects and designers, the group can deliver an entire home — foundations, structure, windows and doors, kitchens and millwork — or any single scope within it.

Toronto's housing policies now allow more homes on existing residential lots — garden suites, laneway suites and other additional residential units. Atena Construction builds these end to end under its Kasa Suites brand — nine proven models, fixed pricing, permits handled — with foundations, windows and interiors from across the group.

Each Atena company can work as a trade partner on another builder's project. For low-rise and multi-residential developments we offer foundation forming, window and door supply, and repeatable kitchen, vanity and millwork packages — with the option of combining scopes under one coordinated contract.

For commercial clients we deliver interior fit-outs and renovations, reception and feature millwork, shelving and storage systems, and commercial-grade doors — coordinated by one team.

We welcome enquiries from municipalities, agencies, non-profit and co-operative housing providers and other public bodies for scopes within our capabilities — low-rise housing, renovations, foundations, windows and doors, and millwork. Two Atena companies manufacture what they install. In our CNC-operated facility in North York, Dezino fabricates architectural millwork and custom cabinetry, and Royal York produces custom vinyl windows, exterior fibreglass and steel doors and sliding patio doors. Both supply Atena projects and outside builders, contractors and designers.
