Compliance

The framework we work within

Building regulation

Work is carried out to the Ontario Building Code, under municipal building permits, with the inspections the permit requires.

Health & safety

Our sites operate under Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act and Ontario Regulation 213/91 (Construction Projects), with workplace insurance through the WSIB.
